Tales from within the Labyrinth: La Madrugada (Early Morning Hours)
THE TWISTED FINGER IN THE EARLY HOURS
The first in a series of short stories - centred around characters that inhabited the medieval city of Toledo at the end of last century. Stories of other times, other values and other worlds. More stories will be added...
The first story is called: La Madrugada (The Early Morning Hours) and won a local writing award. It features the nocturnal Portuguese Gypsy with a twisted finger, a semi-abandoned square of ghosts, and the importance of shadows.
LA CORRIDA : The second story in this series is called La Corrida - and it takes place as the bullfight arrives in town and one vegetarian ponders on whether he should boycott the show, or take up the offer of a free ticket. You can find La Corrida among the books here on Gumroad.
